Punjab Updates : Punjab University launches Complain Mgt System — Report Samir Gupta, District Chief : PU started online complaint management system , purpose behind this is to streamline grievance redressal for residents ,departments , hostels and other Camp units. PU Vice Chancellor Prof. Renu Vig said that adoption of such technology will improve work culture and definitely will speed up complaint resolution — beneficial for all stakeholders on campus.
