District’s Court Declared Ritika Malu Arrest Illegal on 2/7/24 in Hit and Run case of 24/2/24 and 25/2/24 midst night hours around 1:30am . The Lawyers Adv Prakash Shrikisan Jaiswal Along with there colleagues Adv Ashish Ishwarlal Nayak and Sukrut Sameer Sohoni for Accused and Adv Yusuf Jameel assist to Prosecution briefly explain the Technicality and sessions pending application along with other facts of case . Adv Prakash Jaiswal stated no incident in family is good they express there condolonces on humanity grounds. As per victim Atif brother Atik said no one visited from Accused family to express condolences and they have full faith on Court for Conviction in case. The Janta Foundation Zeeshan Siddiqui is also pursuing for justice in this matter from first day of Hit and Run case and need proper investigation and point out higher officials negligence of there duty and need action against them.
